Your current situation and the problems you are experiencing 2. How you would like things to be different 3. What’s in the way and preventing you from creating what you want and deserve? Then we create an action plan. In subsequent sessions, we will: Identify the patterns that cause self sabotage and keep you stuck Clarify the actions you need to take to create change Explore alternatives to work around or move through the obstacles Develop the skills you need to create the changes you want Cultivate a healthier relationship with yourself Between sessions you will: Implement new ways of thinking, processing and responding Find out what works and what doesn’t work In follow-up sessions, you will: Receive feedback Refine new skills as you implement and discover what works Develop new skills Each session is for one hour and can be held online or in person in Killara (Upper North Shore in Sydney). Each week’s session is 90 minutes long and you will learn a new meditation technique Develop insight and understanding about how and why the technique works Receive feedback on your developing practice Access to online resources, including a recording of each week’s meditation Set goals and receive support to reach them A set of your own meditation beads Held in person in Killara (Upper North Shore in Sydney), term 1 will be held on Wednesdays from 7.30pm to 9.00pm for six weeks from 16 February to 23 March 2022.
