Cindy, an accredited and certified EFT practitioner, as well as a Grey Area Drinking (GAD) life coach for women in midlife, endeavours to facilitate their journey towards healing internal disconnection and transforming their relationship with alcohol. With a focus on fostering a sober lifestyle, she assists women in creating lives they no longer wish to escape from. Passionate about empowering women to overhaul their lives and instill positive, enduring habits for wellness and improved health, Cindy embarked on her own transformative journey in July 2018 during a Dry July campaign. Breaking free from the societal norm of prevalent alcohol consumption, she not only ceased drinking but also uncovered the joy of living sober, a revelation she is eager to share with others. As an advocate for women’s health and wellness, Cindy underwent training under the guidance of functional nutritionist and GAD expert, Jolene Park from the USA. In her role as an EFT practitioner, Cindy gently steers her clients towards identifying limiting beliefs that perpetuate self-sabotaging patterns. Her goal is to assist them in finding internal resources to regain control over alcohol or other problematic issues, fostering lasting habits for wellness and enhanced health to lead a fulfilling life. Cindy employs a boutique coaching style, offering confidential, non-judgmental support with personalised accountability. Beyond individual sobriety coaching, Cindy conducts group wellness retreats, teaching women how to instigate positive changes and cultivate enduring habits for wellness and enhanced health. Her soul's purpose and passion lie in empowering women to lead fulfilling and abundant lives without reliance on alcohol. Cindy, who resides in Nowra on the stunning south coast of NSW, extends her coaching services to both Australian and international clients. Embracing spirituality, she holds a Reiki 2 attunement, and her interests include dogs, crystals, and the serenity of the sea. In Cindy's invitation to others, she encourages them to live a life they love without alcohol, inviting them to join her in discovering freedom, better health, and a better version of themselves.
