Rebel is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, naturopath, reflexologist, aromatherapist and shiatsu practitioner with 30 years experience who takes a natural wellness approach to all her modalities. Yoga embodies everything Rebel lives by and she says she is amazed by the results that the regular practice of yoga and a focus on natural health can bring about in her clients. Rebel is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, naturopath, reflexologist, aromatherapist and shiatsu practitioner with 30 years experience who takes a natural wellness approach to all her modalities. Yoga embodies everything Rebel lives by and she says she is amazed by the results that the regular practice of yoga and a focus on natural health can bring about in her clients. Rebel believes that practiced regularly, yoga delivers many benefits: stress and pain relief, greater mobility and strength, improved focus and concentration, normal blood pressure, injury recovery, peace and calm. In her own life, yoga allows her to find contentment. She believes yoga helps us to self-reflect and gives us a sense of perspective. A teacher of flowing Vinyasa style Hatha yoga, Rebel says her students regularly report that yoga has helped them to recover from illness and injury, or has changed their lives for the better. In her naturopathy and homeopathy services, Rebel believes that natural health principles applied daily to life can bring vitality and a renewed sense of joy for living. Rebel feels a deep sense of gratitude for the wisdom she is able to share, especially when she sees a client impacted in a positive way. She treasures the ongoing relationship of trust she develops with people as she works to help them with their chronic and complex health conditions to improve their wellbeing. Rebel was first inspired to do yoga at the age of 12 after accompanying her mother to a class led by television yoga celebrity from the 1960s, Swami Sarasvati. Ever since then she was interested in the body-mind-spirit connection.
