The session begins with a relaxed discussion to determine your needs and intention. I then guide you through an intuitive and simple hypnotic process to create sacred space and anchor your mind into your heart. You are always held with the utmost integrity in an energetically safe and protected container, one which allows your higher soul self to express, explore, and activate - and to allow the information you need on the day to flow through myself as a conduit. Messages may include everything from dietary suggestions to ancestral insights and advice about careers. Your integration after the session may take up to 5 days, so I include a check-in call 3 days afterwards, to answer any questions you may have about your session, and to support you as you may need during that time. During integration I encourage you to not have other treatments or therapies to allow the work to land without interference.
