Her then shamanic guardian and teacher became her maternal grandfather in this life. He contacted her in 2022, thirty years after his death, to bring her back onto the path of Reindeer Shamanism. I offer shamanic body consciousness healing sessions for clients ready to take their healing... I offer shamanic body consciousness healing sessions for clients ready to take their healing to the next level. Each session is 90 - 120 minutes and begins like a regular energy healing session. After 15 minutes of channeling Reiki, I guide my client through body consciousness journey work, similar to a guided meditation. Reiki continues during the journey, and for a while after to help clients return feeling grounded and at ease. Body consciousness is part of the holistic philosophy that everything has a level of consciousness – from cells to mountains. We can engage with these forms of consciousness for knowledge and healing. In the body, every body part has its own consciousness. We also contain a full-body consciousness that carries awareness of the entire body. We can engage with our body consciousness through journey or meditation to learn how to heal ourselves best. Journeying is a term used to describe the type of trance states shamans work in to access the spirit realm. But this work isn’t just for shamans – everyone is capable of journeying. I aid my clients through the journey process to meet their body consciousness, and dialog with it to better understand what needs healing and how to address it.
