About me

Cherie is an experienced, holistic bodyworker who works with the mind-body connection. She incorporates positive psychology strategies, remedial massage, psychosomatic therapy and Samvahan Himalayan vibrational healing into her treatment.

Samvahan, which means “the vehicle which brings balance”, is a gentle massage-like vibrational technique that balances the natural healing rhythms of the body. Cherie says Samvahan is beneficial for stress, an overactive mind, being out of balance or stuck ... emotionally, anxiety, nervousness, broken hearts, depression, shock, trauma, fatigue, grief, anger and helps when you are spiritually lost and can’t find your path.

Cherie provides a safe space for clients to be themselves and let go of mental tension and emotional build up. Through listening, guidance and hands-on therapy, she facilitates a process of reconnection. Her clients have reported feeling lighter, more grounded and often ask ‘why didn’t I do this sooner?’.

In the busyness of life, Cherie understands just how important it is to find a space to unwind. She equally acknowledges that when a person is feeling unwell and not themselves, it is essential to bring balance, nurture and release to their inner spirit.

Cherie holds a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, is highly skilled in Psychosomatic Therapy, and is a certified Transformative Meditation Facilitator.

She gained her Samvahan qualifications alongside world-renowned teacher Michael Trembath. During this time, she travelled to India and assisted Michael in treating the locals, and continues to learn from him to this day.

Cherie believes her combination of Samvahan energy work, positive psychology tools and holistic massage will help reset the mind, body and soul.

Samvahan is an ancient Himalayan vibrational healing that balances the rhythms of the body, emotions, mind and spirit. It is essence, a light ... touch vibrational massage creating movement, release and balance in the body. It is playful, light, intuitive, musical, creative and can involve sound and tuning instruments such as Tibetan or crystal bowls, tuning forks and voice/toning.

I have been lucky enough to apprentice with Michael Trembath, the only western Master of this healing method. My gratitude to Michael for bringing this ancient healing to the western world. For me, it is like coming 'home'.
