She is passionate about sharing the simple but powerful tool of breathwork and providing a safe space for her students to explore and develop an intimate and embodied understanding of themselves. Born of Greek/Irish Australian descent, raised on Wurundjeri Country (Gembrook/Victoria) and currently living in Naarm/Brunswick, Sarah identifies and has the experiences of a middle-class, white, able bodied, cis female. Sarah has been practising conscious connected breathwork since 2017 out of a desire to heal personal trauma, leading her to explore a diverse range of modalities. She is now trained and certified in rebirthing breathwork/ conscious connected breathing through Rebirthing Breathwork Australia as well in yoga nidra facilitation, yoga sound and mantra, and yin yoga. Sarah facilitates 1:1 and group setting breathwork sessions with a commitment to creating a space for students to express, heal and communicate their needs without judgement. She provides a supportive space for her students to use the breath to explore their relationship to self, body and identity through an intersectional lens, while empowering them to make conscious choices in consideration of the impact those choices have on themselves and their communities. With a profound interest in exploring the multiple possibilities that exist within the modality of breathwork, she loves its use as a therapy to support embodiment and connection while also being a catalyst of social change and a source of artistic inspiration and expression. Passionate about learning and creating, Sarah integrates aspects of expression, emergence and simplicity into her practice, and is committed to decolonization of wellness and social justice. Sarah invites you to join her for a transformative journey to be with yourself and your breath. Read more
