Sharyn is an experienced health and wellness coach who is a big advocate of ‘health at every size’. Combining coaching with over 35 years of experience in fitness and her belief in the strength of mindfulness, she helps women find their inner power to live life to the fullest. Specialising in working with women who are currently doing zero exercise and struggling to start, Sharyn loves helping to change their mindset and discover the exercise that they truly love. Combining coaching with over 35 years of experience in fitness and her belief in the strength of mindfulness, she helps women find their inner power to live life to the fullest. Specialising in working with women who are currently doing zero exercise and struggling to start, Sharyn loves helping to change their mindset and discover the exercise that they truly love. Sharyn encourages her clients to try something new like a walking trail, yoga, swimming or paddle boarding. She loves getting people out of their comfort zone and seeing the joy on their face when they realise that they can do these things. By taking that first step together, Sharyn helps bring out their confidence while they try different physical activities. Never telling her clients what to do, Sharyn simply works through any challenges and resistance to create a customised program that works around their lifestyle, physical constraints and preferences. Sharyn cheers them on from the sidelines, keeping her clients accountable and encouraging them to keep exercise towards the top of their priority list until it becomes embedded into their daily or weekly routine. Ultimately, her clients find the exercise that most resonates with them, realising they can do this independently and enjoy it. Currently based at Atherton in North Queensland, Sharyn loves exploring our beautiful country and predominantly runs her business online from the road.
