Her sessions seamlessly blend cognitive work with body-based somatic approaches. Hailing from a multicultural background, Priya brings a cultural lens to her practice, enhancing the connection with her clients. Before dedicating herself to mental health, Priya had a career as an IT Analyst. Drawing from her experience, she infuses critical thinking, patience, and keen observation into her practice. Beyond her online sessions, Priya has actively contributed to the community by conducting groups on anxiety management and mental health awareness. Fluent in Hindi, Priya is committed to continuous growth. This year, she aims to deepen her understanding of somatic approaches for trauma and in her downtime, Priya finds solace in the world of painting and drawing, sometimes even bringing art to her sessions.
