She also draws on her lifelong interest in herbalism, organic skincare, yoga, and natural living to bring a holistic sensitivity to everything she offers. As a wellness professional, Sofia has held several leadership roles, including working as a Spa Manager at Palm Hills Developments in Egypt, where she oversaw operations, team development, and guest experience across luxury spa environments. She also contributed internationally as the Spa and Pre-opening Manager for Casa Cook Hotels in Greece, where she designed spa concepts, therapeutic menus, wellness programs, and operational procedures for boutique resorts. These experiences refined her ability to hold both structure and intuition—qualities that now inform her therapeutic work. Today, Sofia’s focus is on Rebirthing Breathwork: a conscious connected breathing method that helps dissolve emotional blocks, reduce stress, and invite deeper awareness of the subconscious patterns shaping our lives. Through steady breath cycles and compassionate presence, she supports her clients in accessing insights they may not reach through talk alone. Many describe sessions with her as soft yet powerful, “like being guided back home to myself.” Sofia believes that healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and gently guided back into the intelligence of the body. Her mission is to help people release what no longer serves them, reconnect with their inner clarity, and experience a lighter, more aligned way of being—one breath at a time.
