Emma is a naturopath who has extensive experience treating a multitude of health concerns. Her main areas of interest are using natural medicine and lifestyle changes to balance female hormones, improve fertility, support thyroid conditions, enhance energy, reduce stress and anxiety, promote healthy sleep patterns and bring harmony and balance into women's health. Emma loves providing education for women to help them learn how their bodies work and supporting them to make the changes that their body needs. She loves seeing how quickly results often happen and is constantly amazed by the impact of implementing a customised naturopathic health plan. No two souls or bodies are the same, and no two consultations with her are the same. She is very passionate about treating every person individually and working on a natural medicine approach that works best for them. Her love of nature took her to complete a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy. During this four year degree, she learnt the science behind plants, a deep understanding of the functions of the human body, and the relationship between lifestyle and how it impacts on our health. Through yoga and Reiki, Emma has also explored the other sides of the picture by learning about the energetics of the body and soul and how our emotions directly impact our health. She has a love for travel and learning about other cultures, and will forever be seeking connections with the natural world in order to bring alignment to her life and those around her. In 2017, she undertook a knowledge exchange in India with traditional healers through Hands On Health and over the last few years she has used her background in corporate events management to organise a range of fundraising and awareness events for endometriosis and breast cancer. She looks forward to working with you to support your long-term wellbeing and bring balance into your life. Read more

A discovery call will provide an opportunity to ask questions and gain an understanding about your current challenges, goals and pain points. This is a key opportunity for us to start building a relationship and understand how I may be able to assist you. You can also learn more about my expertise and knowledge, the success I have had in helping others with similar issues, and consider whether my offerings will be able to meet your needs. Ultimately, a discovery call helps to determine if there is a good fit and we can decide if we would like to take the next steps together. Read more

Naturopathy - Initial Consultation

Naturopathy is great for serious health challenges, chronic conditions and acute presentations.... Naturopathy is great for serious health challenges, chronic conditions and acute presentations. Emma uses sevidence-based and traditional herbal medicine, nutrition, diet and lifestyle audits to help bring balance into your life. Together, Kylie will formulate a health plan that works for you with the aim of long-term wellbeing. An initial naturopathic appointment is around one hour where she gets to know you and your background so that she can piece together and connect the dots of your health story. Follow-up appointments are usually 45 minutes, however sometimes we may need a little longer - so this is completely dependent on your individual needs. Kylie work's face-to-face with people in the Central Coast and Newcastle regions and is also available for Zoom consultations online. Read more
