Fin is a naturopath with a passion! She loves to educate and support people to widen their eyes to natural medicine and how it can help them improve their health and wellbeing. Fin understands the pressures modern families are under and understands that they need access to excellent preventative health care. She is passionate about children’s health especially eczema, allergies, food intolerances, sleep issues, behavioural concerns, fussy eaters, digestive complaints and skin conditions. Fin has been studying and working in natural medicine for more than 20 years. From 1999-2006, she completed the Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy as well as a Diploma of Nutrition and Diploma of Remedial Massage. These were completed in both Perth and at Nature Care College, Sydney. From 2006 -2015 she studied for her Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine) from Charles Sturt University. After gaining work experience with a number of providers, Fin opened Green Door Health, a multi-disciplinary natural therapies clinic on the Northern Beaches of Sydney in 2012. In addition to client consultations, Fin opened a herbal apothecary in 2018 in the front of her shop to make herbal medicine more accessible without having to book a long appointment. She now offers a custom herb mixing service option available via online booking or walk-in over the counter. Along with herbal blends they can also mix custom herbal creams, balms, oil, gels and ointments.
Another passion of Fin's is to give back to the community that has supported her career development. In 2016 she commenced lecturing in natural medicine, naturopathy and nutritional medicine at Endeavour College in Sydney. Fin loves the interactions and learnings with the next generation of practitioners.

Wishing you good health, Fin looks forward to seeing you in her rooms soon. Read more
