Stephanie is a yoga teacher for all ages and a yoga therapist with extensive training who has been teaching people since 2009. With a focus on alignment, technique and the energy body, Stephanie infuses her classes with warmth, nurturing, joy and a sense of playfulness. ​ Stephanie sees yoga as a path for profound transformation that provides a deeper and richer uncovering of our spiritual selves to reveal our authentic nature, creating a self that is connected, calm, radiant and balanced. Her ... coaching can help to provide a holistic remedy for a number of physical, mental, psycho-spiritual and emotional issues. Some of the issues her yoga teaching assists with include anxiety/ stress/ depression; sleep problems; women's health/fertility; neuropathy; asthma; digestive issues; back pain and post cancer support. After graduating with a science degree in the UK, Stephanie travelled and began taking meditation retreats, which laid the groundwork for the depth, insight and experience in her therapeutic teachings today. She completed her 420 hour Hatha yoga teacher training in 2009, a children’s yoga teaching certification the following year, 300 hours in yoga therapy training in 2015; and 50 hours in meditation training in 2020. Stephanie has also worked for many years as a support worker for children and adults with autism, cerebral palsy and other complex disabilities. In overcoming her own imbalances and life challenges, Stephanie found yoga incredibly healing and therapeutic, transforming her from a stressed and anxious person to a dedicated yoga teacher who felt calm, centred, positive and joyful.  Yoga and mindfulness practices have shaped Stephanie and as a result her life has become more fulfilling, richer and harmonious. She has guided numerous transformational yoga retreats in Bali. Stephanie loves supporting and guiding people to get long-term results and to see how yoga brings about an enhanced quality of life. Stephanie will guide you through a yoga practice to help release tension in the body and mind, balance the energy body, soothe and strengthen ... all aspects of the body/mind/spirit- and helping you to reconnect to your centre and experience true balance in all aspects. Using specific postures, breath and at times visualization techniques, expect to leave this class feeling calm, clear, energised and deeply relaxed. Vinyasa (Flow)

Inspired by Stephanie’s 15 years of Ashtanga practice, this traditional Vinyasa class is a series of postures which link movement and breath ... in a flowing manner, holding each posture for several breaths. A deeply purifying and transformative practice that uses the "victorious breath" technique (Ujaii), to help keep the student in a state of gently focused awareness, so it becomes like a moving meditation. Fabulous for building strength and flexibility in the body, as well as clearing the mind and releasing tension, stress and strain. Expect to be guided through your postures, sun salutations, standing and seated postures and finally inversions (depending on the group). As it is a dynamic practice it is not suitable for the elderly or those brand new to yoga, or those with injuries (unless one on one). Otherwise, all levels can be accommodated. Read more
