Jaye has worked in the healing profession for more than 30 years. She combines her rich tapestry of experience in Qigong, remedial massage, sound therapy, Kundalini yoga and mindfulness to help mind, body and spirit and brings a peace-filled presence to all that she teaches. She loves helping others and believes it is her mission to empower as many people as possible to unblock from unhealthy and unconscious patterns that stop us from achieving what we want. She loves helping others and believes it is her mission to empower as many people as possible to unblock from unhealthy and unconscious patterns that stop us from achieving what we want. Jaye supports her clients to live more fully in the present, to trust their intuition and to thrive rather than just survive from moment to moment. Jaye received her spiritual name of Randeep Kaur, which means to have the potential to overcome every challenge that comes into your life. “You are a bright light that can see through the challenges that life brings and bring joy to everyone”. Originally trained in beauty and massage, Jaye was introduced to singing bowls more than 20 years ago. From there, she was under the direction of Don Conreaux and completed Gong Mastery training in 2005. In 2011, Jaye started her acutonics training to fine-tune her treatments with the frequencies of planetary octaves. An international gong player performing with Don and Aiden McIntyre and in Australia with Alchemy of Sound, Healing Hertz and the Sydney Sacred Gong ensemble, Jaye is one of the most experienced gong players in Australia. She now teaches others how to have gong mastery. Whilst with Don, who was an original student of Yogi Bhajan, she was introduced to Kundalini yoga and completed her teacher training with Gurujivan Kaur in 2006. She finished her level 2 training overseas with various teachers to experience the richness that each teacher could bring. This included living in Española in New Mexico in the USA and training under Gurucharan Singh, Krishna Kaur and Nirvair Singh and in Thailand under Sunder Singh. Jaye has completed training in prenatal conscious pregnancy under Tarn Taran Kaur and is also trained in reiki and Qigong. Jaye now combines principles from each of these modalities and shares these with her clients to incorporate into our modern ways of living and inspire them to live more fully in the present. Since 2013, she has been instrumental in bringing Dr Shanti Shanti Kaur Khalsa to Australia and in taking Kundalini yoga into healthcare through the GRD Center for Health and Humanology. She is now a faculty member teaching ‘Foundations, Principles and Practices of Kundalini Yoga Therapy’ to other teachers here in Australia. She lives and works in Port Macquarie combining treatments to help maximize the highest healing potential of her clients. Jaye’s Kundalini yoga classes combine a dynamic blend of asana, breath work, meditation... Jaye’s Kundalini yoga classes combine a dynamic blend of asana, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation. The practice of Kundalini yoga balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, and enables us to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions. This enables us to be in control of ourselves, rather than being controlled by our thoughts and feelings. “Kundalini” is the flow of energy and consciousness that exists within each of us and enables us to merge with or “yoke” the universal Self. Kundalini yoga is based on kriyas, or specially formulated sets of exercises. This allows you to target specific areas and work on exactly those aspects of yourself that need focus at the current time. Kundalini yoga is for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of living in this age. What to expect in class: • we tune in with mantra (One Namo Guru Dev Namo) - I bow to the teacher within myself • pranayam - breath exercises • kriya - a set of exercises with a specific outcome, e.g. to awaken the 10 bodies • deep relaxation with the gong • meditation. Sound Healing

Using a multitude of healing vibrational sounds including tuning forks, singing bowls and... Using a multitude of healing vibrational sounds including tuning forks, singing bowls and gongs, Jaye brings the body back into a state of ease rather than dis-ease. The sound waves of tuning forks vibrate and travel deeply into the body along energy pathways, affecting human physiology and reaching places not easily accessed. Their rich resonance and vibration connects with and supports the body's natural frequencies, stimulates and balances the body's physical and subtle energy field, and promotes wellness and deep inner harmony. The effect of singing bowls on the human body produce psychophysiological processes, and deep healing occurs during hypnotic states where the brain waves slow down to theta/delta level. Planet gongs are rich in overtones and undertones, tuned to a natural harmonic series based on the orbital properties of the Earth, Moon, Sun and planets. Their complex vibrations support the body's natural frequencies to promote optimal health at a deep level. Sound healing can also be combined with massage. Read more

Qigong for Health and Vitality (6 week group class for beginners)

Jaye has been practising and teaching Qigong for more than 20 years. She travelled to China... Jaye has been practising and teaching Qigong for more than 20 years. She travelled to China to learn from traditional teachers and teaches a variety of forms (of which there are hundreds) but mainly: • longevity • eight pieces of brocade • Guigen • six unity exercises • six healing sounds. Qigong is an excellent tool that is available to everyone from the young to elders to help support and maintain physical and mental health.
