Emily is an international mind-body coach who specialises in helping her clients overcome anxiety through her holistic toolbox of yoga, mindfulness and health coaching.

Emily offers a personalised three month program online, which includes weekly Zoom sessions which empower and educate her clients not only to transcend anxiety but also to create their ultimate life.

She also facilitates transformational retreats around the world and has over a decade of experience in accelerating positive change ... in her clients.

As a Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher and Certified Holistic Health Coach, Emily loves sharing her ultimate toolbox for becoming your best authentic self. She specialises in working with people with anxiety and loves seeing the change in her clients. Whether it be from a one hour session to a week-long retreat or a three month program, the transformations are lasting.

Born to an anxious mother, Emily has also experienced her own battles with anxiety throughout her life. She was drawn to yoga, mindfulness and meditation as a way to become fully present and 'show up' as the best version of herself in all areas of life. Emily now has all of the tools to help others, and knows that sharing this work is her contribution to the world.

She says: “We are all expected to wear so many different 'hats' every day. As a mother of two beautiful children, a wife, entrepreneur and teacher, to name a few, it can be really confusing and challenging to stay grounded, positive and on my path. If we are not living in the moment, then we're not showing up. Yoga, mindfulness, nutrition and meditation are my secret weapon and it is my pleasure to share this gift with you”.
