Supriya is a mother, wife and ex-corporate on a lifelong quest to learn about and translate the benefits of Ayurveda. With Indian heritage, Supriya grew up with the principles of Ayurveda in the family home with knowledge about the healing properties of spices and food passed down by her mother and grandmother. As her passion grew, she went on to study Ayurveda in-depth in order to bring the benefits of this ancient science to people who want to fine-tune their overall health in a safe, efficient and effective way. With one foot solidly in India and the other foot firmly planted in Australia, Supriya loves being able to give back culturally while helping others. Her client base is quite broad, but she particularly enjoys working with other mothers and people who have persistent health issues or symptoms that aren’t resolving who are interested in exploring Ayurveda. Supriya loves helping people seamlessly integrate Ayurveda into their life with simple incremental changes. While Ayurveda can often be seen as quite extreme or rigid, Supriya knows that it doesn’t need to be. She is passionate about translating Ayurvedic wisdom for life in today’s world to suit each individual’s mind, body, lifestyle and budget. She has learned from natural health and nutrition experts such as Deepak Chopra, Andrew Weil, David Wolfe, Dr Walter Willett and Barry Sears at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. Supriya has also studied under one of the most experienced and respected Ayurvedic practitioners in Australia, Dr Rama Prasad, and is currently pursuing further studies at the Australasian Institute of Ayurvedic Studies. Supriya conducts one-on-one consultations and facilitates a comprehensive six week Ayurvedic program to support her clients to implement changes slowly, embed Ayurvedic knowledge, stay accountable and committed, and see deep, sustainable and positive changes. Supriya looks forward to helping you achieve better health with Ayurveda to help you feel, look and operate at your best. Read more
