Nigel is a passionate NGO leader turned accredited ICF life coach. Nigel is most drawn to working with people who are searching, struggling and needing support to find their inner courage. They may be in a key life transition, mid-life crisis or need outside support to help them look forward to the future. He loves sitting with people to understand what is truly gnawing at their stomach and 'asking the unaskable'. He loves helping others take life’s uncertainties and challenges and turn them into an area for personal and professional growth. Nigel has spent the last three decades working in leadership, program development and capacity building with NGOs including Save The Children, World Concern, Terre des Hommes (TdH), and World Vision. The world continues to change, careers are becoming less stable and are not “forever” anymore. Nigel has experienced this himself, finding reduced NGO roles in Cambodia - which is ultimately a great thing for this beautiful country. After spending many years in leadership roles drawing out the best in his peers and team members, Nigel loves helping others identify their strengths and navigate what’s next. Working in NGOs, Nigel has become a great listener and an improvisation facilitator - he knows how to ask powerful questions that foster true reflection and inspire change. With a flair for training, facilitating, and engaging others, becoming a life coach felt like a natural fit. In 2020, Nigel became an accredited associate coach with ICF and in late 2022 he will be commencing their two-year program to become an accredited professional coach. Based in Cambodia, Nigel is a loving husband, father of two adult children, and enjoys diving, photography, triathlons and reading. Join Nigel for inspiration, improvisation and trusting in yourself to know what’s next. Read more
