Nadav is a musician and teacher who utilises powerful therapeutic sounds, mantra and music techniques as a tool for self-transformation. His understanding of the impact of sound was born from years of performing, song-writing, recording, collaborating and producing. For Nadav, music is the language of the soul, defining his approach to his work. His client sessions support calming the nervous system, expanding mental clarity, awakening joy, releasing sadness and increasing wellbeing, self-sufficiency ... and self-empowerment. Nadav experiences great satisfaction in seeing his clients relax, re-centre and become empowered to release self-limiting tendencies. He has witnessed first hand the transformational power of sound medicine. Nadav facilitates sound-based meditation workshops and retreats, teaches mantra and harmonium to individuals and groups, as well as working with song-writing and music therapy in the special-needs community including disabilities centres, aged care facilities, children’s hospitals and privately with clients. It was in India that Nadav became immersed in the mystical powers of sound and Vedic chants. Spending extensive time there over the last 16 years, he was inspired by the transformative energy of music and ancient sonic technology to enhance mental health, well-being and mindfulness as tools for personal growth and self-discovery. Nadav is an Israeli born, APRA award winning singer-songwriter, producer and musician. He first burst onto the music scene with his band Gelbison in 2000, signing to major label Virgin/EMI. To date, Nadav has released 12 records. Most recently, Nadav founded HARMONIUM, a collective that brings the benefits of mantra meditation to the corporate space. As an accomplished performer, the live experience of music offers a soulful sonic journey to open the heart, quieten the mind and guide his listeners back to themselves. Read more
