Laura is the creator of Relax, Receive & Heal, a group sound healing experience that helps participants reset and replenish their energy in just 90 minutes, and The Love Approach Project Podcast, which offers practical tools to navigate stress in resourceful ways. She also developed The Harmony Formula, a six-week online program to help individuals discover their unique recipe for a fulfilling life. To date, Laura has supported over 5,000 people through private sessions, events, programs, meditations, and podcasts blending her journalistic background with her passion for wellbeing to deliver transformative, heart-centred experiences. Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, Laura now calls Sydney, Australia home.
