Peter is a highly experienced and well-regarded meditation teacher, life coach and NLP practitioner.
For the past 20 years, he has been teaching students through the lens of a calm mind to help bring peace, happiness and joy to their lives. He believes that the more connected and peaceful people are, the more motivated, passionate, resilient and caring they are. In turn, this makes them more likely to benefit their loved ones, community, and society.
Peter knows that he is one of the lucky few ... who has found their passion in life. For him, teaching (and learning from) people who want to find out how to best utilise the mind is what life is all about. He loves being able to do this every day and meet amazing people along the way.
Originally working as an engineer for the first 15 years of his career, Peter found that he continued to get a lot out of his personal meditation practice and decided to explore this further. He lived in the rainforests of Thailand as a Buddhist Monk, became an NLP Master Practitioner, and an Accredited Teacher with Meditation Australia. He has completed many meditation retreats, some up to as long as nine months in total solitary meditation.
Peter now facilitates one-on-one coaching sessions with his clients, teaches meditation and NLP at businesses, hospitals and schools, and facilitates retreats across Adelaide and Bali. He also developed the program ‘Creating a thriving meditation class in your community’ and teaches other meditation teachers how to prosper and change the world one meditation at a time.
His unique background empowers his service offerings and his retreats are so much more than an ordinary getaway, becoming a journey in itself.
Based in Middleton on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula in South Australia, he supports his clients and students online and in person.
