Agnesa is a clinical nutritionist, food coach and yoga teacher who combines modern nutritional science with traditional yoga techniques to support women and their families to physical and emotional health.
She works with women to manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm as well as food intolerances and range of digestive concerns. She also helps her clients improve conditions related to diet and lifestyle including high cholesterol, high blood pressure, pre-diabetes and weight issues.
A passionate ... advocate of wholefoods as preventive medicine, Agnesa works closely with women, especially mothers, to make healthier food and lifestyle choices. She loves being able to help families embrace and enjoy the changes in their approach to food and firmly believes that as women become healthier, their families do too.
The Sydney-born daughter of Italian migrants, food was always a big part of her life. After a range of niggling health issues and after managing the ups and downs of marriage and motherhood, Agnesa began to practise yoga and continued to learn, explore and play with food.
In 2013 she undertook her Yoga Teacher Training and in 2018 she completed her Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine through the Australasian College of Natural Therapies. While food will always be about family, celebrations and sharing, the food that Agnesa shares now is quite different to what she grew up on.
Agnesa educates and empowers women to make healthier choices through her popular online programs, live workshops and one-on-one nutrition consultations. Her programs combine functional foods, cooking, yoga, breath work, meditation and coaching for women, teens and kids. She also offers free online health resources and a range of practical health e-guides.
For personal nutrition consultations, Agnesa sees clients at her lovely Balgowlah Heights (North Sydney) clinic and is also available online via Zoom.
Agnesa loves seeing the life-changing impact her work has on so many women and their families and she would love to support you and your family to better health too. Read more
