About
I help women understand food and nutrition better so they can make healthier food, shopping and cooking choices. This helps them feel, look and BE healthier. By default, their families become healthier too. I’ve devoted my life to sharing the benefits of a whole food (mostly) plant based diet, because aside from weight loss, this healthy eating pattern can improve or prevent pretty much every chronic illness we know of. Nothing is more important to me than sharing this message and these tools.... Nothing is more important to me than sharing this message and these tools. I do this primarily through carefully created and coached whole food programs, and one-on one-nutrition consultations. My programs combine whole food meal plans, with recipes, education, personal support and coaching. My consultations give holistic support to women experiencing health symptoms from long term stress, overwhelm and anxiety, as well as digestive and gut concerns. These conditions are so inter-connected that supporting one inevitably improves the other. Of course, my consultations and programs effectively address other diet and lifestyle concerns such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, pre-diabetes and weight management too. All my work is enhanced by my yoga, meditation and breath work training. Along with programs and consultations, I offer a host of free online health resources, whole food recipes and health e-guides. I see clients in Balgowlah Heights on Sydney's Northern Beaches, and online via Zoom. Programs are available online year round. Read more
