Join Joshua to take the first step in being more grounded, calm and relaxed. Weekly meditation exercises help to integrate calmness and clarity into your everyday situations, decisions and interactions with people. These friendly and supportive group classes foster a sense of community and engagement and are a mix of those brand new to meditation and those that have attended the course one or more times before. The course structure and content are very cohesive and have developed and evolved organically over the last eight years, focusing on: Weeks 1-3: Relaxing, calming, creating more space and greater clarity Weeks 4-7: With the increased clarity and calmness brought about through weeks 1-3, we continue by bringing awareness to unconscious habits, emotional triggers and the emotions powering the stress we feel. Week 8: Course summary and support going forward In summary, we practise calming everything down (weeks 1-3) so that we can start to be aware of and face the source of our stress and unrest (weeks 4-7). This makes space for creativity and flow during your day, rather than pressure and stress. Classes are free of religious affiliation and everything is clearly explained without the use of Eastern terms. 2026 Term 1 Meditation Classes Eight Thursday Evenings (face-to-face in Roseville and online via Zoom) 5 Feb to 2 Apr, 7:30-8:45pm.
