About Peanut Hypno:
My name’s Punam and I’m the founder of Peanut Hypno. I’m a certified clinical hypnotherapist. With over 20 years’ experience in corporate life working in senior business roles, I’m only too familiar with the stress of daily life and how it affects us. With over 10 years’ experience as a health and wellbeing practitioner, I’ve seen and experienced the benefits of using your mind to create a new mindset and a new life. I’m here to help you.

I specialise in working with anxiety and chronic pain. Mindset and the mind body connection plays a key part to finding relief in these areas and hypnosis is an extremely effective tool to manage each one.

Using hypnotherapy as a ‘super tool’, I’ll guide and support you to create the life you want to live by helping you work out the root causes and the move past blocks that may be holding you back deep down. I’m passionate about getting you back to your happy and best self. After researching the benefits and the various applications of Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I decided to attend a hypnotherapy session. Out of everything I had tried for my stress management, this provided the best results and I was impressed with the concept of using your subconscious mind to find relief from many conditions including anxiety and chronic pain. I ultimately attained my Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy with the prestigious Royal Berkshire College of Clinical Hypnosis in the UK in 2009 to become a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Sessions are recommended on a weekly basis or once every 2 weeks for maximum effective therapy. The number of sessions needed depends on what’s going on for you as an individual.

After the initial case history sessions, Punam guides you into a state of relaxation (hypnosis) and uses Q&A to help you become aware of any issues there may be for you at a subconscious level.

One-on-one sessions allow you to address challenges that may be holding you back in life, stopping you from achieving your true potential or ... enjoying life to the fullest.

In mind coaching sessions, Punam uses several scientific research-based therapeutic techniques to help you break out of your shell including Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping on meridian points).

We are all individuals and as with most things in life, people respond differently to the various techniques, so they should be viewed as tools in a toolbox which we apply and use as appropriate.
