Jessica is an energy healer, hypnotherapist, Reiki and Ashati teacher who uses principles of energy healing to support people with mental illness and empower them with their soul’s gifts. As a mental health nurse for six years, Jessica saw gaps in the methods of treatment, which prompted her to move into hypnotherapy and energy healing, which she believes is incredibly powerful. As a mental health nurse for six years, Jessica saw gaps in the methods of treatment, which prompted her to move into hypnotherapy and energy healing, which she believes is incredibly powerful. Her mission is to help de-stigmatise the experience of hearing voices by teaching her clients how to use their strong mental connection to others in ways that will help them grow and evolve. Jessica believes in evolving consciousness, and aims to create a safe space for people to support, learn, grow through new changes in their experience. Her hypnotherapy focuses on past lives, in-between life regression and overcoming trauma, depression and anxiety. She aims to uncover the dharma, karma and soul purpose in this life, how a past life influences your current life then works to support and release those issues. Jessica says it’s common to see an impact after just one session, with greater awareness of the journey of the soul. Seeing the shift in people as they become brighter after a session is an amazing and rewarding experience. Jessica offers workshops in a number of energy healing modalities including Reiki and Ashati. Jessica is also an artist and has painted large murals in a Sydney hospital, as well as private commissions. Read more
