Bianca is a strong Badimaya (Badimia) woman, centred and purpose-driven healer, culturally competent mental health practitioner, life coach, counsellor, Wayapa Wuurrk practitioner, author, trainer and change-maker. Fiercely passionate about supporting and empowering people to heal their own disconnection, Bianca creates, facilitates and delivers unique mindset changing programs, providing therapeutic support that is culturally safe, trauma-informed and empowering. Bianca infuses her calming, resilient, earthy, Indigenous connectedness into all that she does, drawing on her Indigenous and Ukrainian heritages, connection to Australian Indigenous wisdom, sense of community and holistic healing approach. Bianca supports a range of mental health issues and has a special interest in helping those who have experienced complex trauma; adult survivors of child sexual abuse; self-confidence issues and domestic violence survivors. She has a strong interest in dissociative identity disorder and Indigenous healing approaches and is currently doing her PhD on this subject. Bianca employs proven psychological techniques and strategies in her practice, within an intuitive, integrated and culturally safe approach. After accessing therapy sessions, her clients seem to stand taller and their whole mind set changes. They are more able to advocate for themselves, including improving their confidence, have an increased awareness of their needs, and are more focused. Bianca feels rewarded when her clients realise that their diagnosis doesn’t define who they are and that deep down they are already a healed, amazing person. She says it’s an absolute honour to be part of this healing journey and in helping people, gets to live a life she absolutely loves. One of Bianca’s unique offerings is equine assisted therapy, a deeply therapeutic and skills-based personal growth and awareness program, working in a sensitive “I-Thou” relationship with horses, through unmounted experiences. Bianca is a preferred provider to local, state, national and international organisations, as well as government departments and agencies. She is in demand due to her dynamic, uplifting and engaging training style – across areas of wellbeing, business and support of First Nations peoples. Bianca brings her lived experience and her connectedness to Indigenous culture and Country into every aspect of her work. Read more

Transformational Coaching

Coaching focuses on the present and future, specifically in relation to gaining awareness,... Coaching focuses on the present and future, specifically in relation to gaining awareness, exploring your inner world, setting achievable goals and assisting you to work towards these. It does not provide assistance with a diagnosed mental health issue resulting from family of origin trauma. The benefit to being a trauma informed mental health practitioner and transformational coach means that if our work becomes a counselling issue, with your agreement we may be able to assist you under our warlandi (rainbow) counselling service or refer you to another more suited professional. Do you need help to create the awareness to set and walk down your own path? Consider our Renew You, Love Your Life coaching program. Read more

Warlandi (rainbow) Trauma and Culturally Informed Counselling

Our warlandi counselling service is focused on assisting people to explore, embrace and reconnect... Our warlandi counselling service is focused on assisting people to explore, embrace and reconnect with their inner fire despite experiences, in a non-judgemental, trauma-informed and fuss-free environment. Our service operates in an integrative theoretical framework and culturally safe approach. This simply means that rather than operating from one framework such as cognitive behavioural therapy, we are trained in and utilise a variety of approaches that best suit your circumstance and preferences. From time to time, we may utilise gestalt therapy, emotion-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused, narrative or creative arts therapy. At all times we have a focus on Indigenous healing approaches through development of community and relationship. The difference between coaching and counselling is that with counselling we focus on the present and past to empower you to move through your distress, gain awareness, heal and create a new present not impacted by your experiences. Our service is both trauma-informed and Indigenous culturally informed and able to provide counselling for mental health issues. This can be done in conjunction with and referral by your psychologist/psychiatrist. *NDIS Plan and self- managed clients suitable *Registered Provider for eligible Medibank Private, Bupa, AHM, or Police Health Members may be entitled to a benefit for counselling. Barna Mabarn (Country Medicine) Bush Therapy

Our bush therapy service is a mental health and wellbeing approach that supports healing... Our bush therapy service is a mental health and wellbeing approach that supports healing in connection with Country, outside of four walls. Whilst our service isn’t considered “forest bathing”, as it is a valid alternative to traditional western talk therapy, there are many benefits of forest therapy / bathing that may also be experienced when undertaking our bush therapy service. Our service will help you to unplug from technology, slow down and provide you with a resourced space to be able to more through and heal your trauma experiences. When you connect to Country through all of your senses, including wiru (spirit), you begin to draw on the vast array of benefits the natural world provides. There is now a wealth of data that proves that Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) can: - reduce blood pressure - lower stress - improve cardiovascular and metabolic health - help you to lose weight - lower blood-sugar levels - improve concentration and memory - lift depression - increase anti-cancer protein production - improve pain thresholds - improve energy - boost the immune system with an increase in the count of the body’s natural killer cells (Qing Li, forest medicine). Our service is culturally safe and extends beyond the benefits of Shinrin-yoku. Our focus is supporting people in their healing journeys through Barna Mabarn and Connection to Country, recognition and honouring the Indigenous ancestors of the area where we are delivering our service and utilising a trauma-informed therapeutic approach. It is the combined approach of our glorious wild places and culturally safe, non-traditional talk therapy that may assist people to move through their experiences into connected regulation and balance. Wayapa Wellness Private Session for up to 20 people

Wayapa Wuurrk as an earth-based connection healing and wellness practice based on Indigenous... Wayapa Wuurrk as an earth-based connection healing and wellness practice based on Indigenous wisdom. Too many people are impacted by their lack of connection: to themselves, each other and to Country (the environment). Wayapa is one way of honouring that connection while also moving our bodies in a form of whole of body / mind prayer. You may gain the ability to really connect with each element while also being exposed to cultural connectedness in the same space. We experience joy, love and lightness in the process, while also tackling serious issues of what we can each do individually to reduce our footprint on this earth. The practice can be done standing or sitting if you aren’t able to stand, done to your own physical ability. The practice combines earth mindfulness, narrative meditation and a physical movement practice of 14 elements. Max 20 people Read more
