I am a compassionate, intuitive practitioner who helps people reconnect with their bodies, uncover the deeper stories held within their system, and return to a sense of inner harmony. My approach weaves together Qigong, energy healing and body-centred awareness to support each person in learning the language of their body and becoming their own healer. My work is grounded, gentle and highly personalised. I meet every client exactly where they are, listening deeply to what their body, heart and energy... I am passionate about this work because it transformed my own life — helping me heal, soften, and re-establish healthy boundaries after years of overriding my body’s wisdom.
