Sarah is an experienced massage therapist and yoga teacher whose soul purpose is to inspire people to become their best self by discovering that they can do anything. She brings people together through laughter and liveliness. She facilitates private yoga sessions and group yoga classes with a side of fun and enjoyment as well as helping her clients relax, gain strength and flexibility, and relax and heal through massage. In 2012, Sarah opened her own studio with a vision to help her local community turn their suffering into happiness. Over this time, she has loved watching the journey and transformation of her long-term clients. Sarah has studied and practised all over the world including India, North Africa, the Middle East, South East Asia and Europe. She is trained in Hatha yoga and Vinyasa yoga and is qualified in therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, traditional Thai massage and hot stone massage. Her knowledge and wisdom has expanded as she has been invited to spend time in the company of enlightened spiritual masters and constant study. She is passionate about travelling the world to places of high spiritual energy such as the temples of Angkor Wat in Cambodia, The Islands of Delos and the Parthenon in Greece, and the pyramids and ancient temples of Egypt. Sarah brings this energy back to her beautiful, calm studio in Singleton in the stunning Hunter Valley where her clients come to learn, practice, relax or heal away from the busy pressures of life. Given the current international travel restrictions, Sarah’s latest venture has been creating weekend retreats to nearby places such as the tranquil Dangar Island in the Hawkesbury River and Elizabeth Beach near Forster. She is also planning a yoga tour of Tasmania in February 2022. Join Sarah to find inner peace, harmony and equilibrium. Read more
