Rather than seeing emotional or energetic challenges as problems to fix, she treats them as invitations to listen more closely to the intelligence within. Many of the people she works with are intuitive, thoughtful, and self aware, yet feel caught in cycles they can’t quite untangle. Lucy helps them slow down, gently explore what’s underneath, and reconnect with parts of themselves that may have been muted, overlooked, or learned to stay quiet. Her sessions blend grounded, practical support with intuitive insight. Lucy draws on holistic counselling, Inner Relationship Focusing (often described as “untangling” work), energy healing, and the Akashic Records to explore the deeper layers of a client’s experience. This may include examining core soul patterns, emotional imprints, past-life influences, or long held internal dynamics that continue to shape present day choices and responses. The focus is always on understanding root causes rather than managing surface symptoms. Lucy is known for her warm, honest, and deeply human presence. She creates a space where clients feel safe to bring the messy, tender, and unpolished parts of themselves - without pressure to perform or be “healed.” Together, she and her clients identify what has been keeping them stuck, soften internal knots, and create room for meaningful, sustainable change. The process is collaborative and respectful, honouring each person’s pace, nervous system, and inner wisdom. In addition to her one-to-one work, Lucy is a dedicated Akashic Record teacher, supporting others to develop a grounded, ethical, and embodied relationship with this ancient field of wisdom.
