Alison is a fully qualified and experienced holistic kinesiologist who provides a high standard of traditional and complementary medicine (T&CM) health care. She specialises in chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, auto-immune disease, mystery illness, pain, emotional wellbeing, addictions, self-love, self-esteem and self-empowerment. Having worked as a kinesiologist in her own practice for more than 10 years, Alison supports many individuals and their families in a nurturing and compassionate way. Many... She specialises in chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, auto-immune disease, mystery illness, pain, emotional wellbeing, addictions, self-love, self-esteem and self-empowerment. Having worked as a kinesiologist in her own practice for more than 10 years, Alison supports many individuals and their families in a nurturing and compassionate way. Many of her clients have come to her seeking alternative help and holistic support after Western medicine and doctors have not been able to offer the answers they need. She is passionate about educating her clients about the mind, body, spirit connection and how to access your own body’s inner wisdom in order to heal. She loves helping people feel better and watching her clients finish a session feeling instantly happier, lighter and more empowered. One of her favourite types of clients to work with are what she calls our ‘earth angels’, who are often people pleasers who constantly self-sacrifice and always put themselves last to help everyone else around them. They often end up becoming physically and emotionally exhausted, so Alison loves helping them identify the root cause of these issues and working with them to incorporate natural therapies. They often do not realise that they are on a new journey of self-discovery until after seeing her. Alison discovered kinesiology in her early 30s after experiencing a steady decline in her health from chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and a 15 year chronic case of self-sacrifice, blocked emotions and people pleasing. Since then, she has been on an amazing journey back to health and happiness. Kinesiology and energy healing balanced out her chronically blocked and unbalanced body, which has brought about incredible changes to her body, mind and spirit. Alison obtained her Diploma in Holistic Kinesiology from the College of Complementary Medicine in 2010 and started her own practice. She is also a spirit medium and intuitive empath, and supports many of her clients on their own spiritual and intuitive journey through private sessions and classes. Through her appointments, she is able to support her clients still grieving over the death of a loved one, and help to heal any unresolved pain or issues from the past. Based on the beautiful NSW Central Coast, Alison runs her practice from her clinic and online and has many clients that she works with all over the world. Alison is in the process of writing a book and continues to work hard at finding the best ways to support her clients in an ongoing way by creating online classes, support material, videos, self-care tools, techniques, practices and meditations. She looks forward to working with you on your own unique journey on enhancing your self-care practice, deepening your connection to self-love, developing your intuitive gifts and learning how to integrate powerful spiritual principles.
