She helps her clients experience dynamic change for the better, including developing deeper and more meaningful relationships with family members, creating a new career or starting a business, and helping children overcome fears, sadness and bullying. Starting her career as a professional remedial massage therapist, as a lifelong learner Catherine studied and acquired expertise in kinesiology, deep tissue fascial release, structural body assessment, Onsen technique and flower essences. Catherine keeps her knowledge and techniques ever expanding and at the cutting edge of mind body medicine therapies. She believes life is a university and applies her experience, wisdom and knowledge to facilitate the best possible outcomes for her clients. Knowing that poor health significantly impacts children’s lives and education, Catherine has volunteered with Kids Health India for over 15 years supporting rural village children in southern India.
