With almost 30 years' experience in the health and healing industry, Kate is passionate about empowering people to thrive - to live their potential and make the most of this wild, beautiful, heartbreaking, hilarious, crazy journey we call life on earth. Studying Psychology straight out of school, and then Naturopathy, left Kate feeling that an important link was missing. Discovering vibrational medicine provided... Meet Kate Messenger. With almost 30 years' experience in the health and healing industry, Kate is passionate about empowering people to thrive - to live their potential and make the most of this wild, beautiful, heartbreaking, hilarious, crazy journey we call life on earth. Studying Psychology straight out of school, and then Naturopathy, left Kate feeling that an important link was missing. Discovering vibrational medicine provided the link that she believes is so vital to true wellbeing and healing, and many years of experience have, time and time again, shown this to be true. Rather than focusing on talk therapy or the medical diagnosis-treatment model, vibrational healing modalities work on getting your energy flowing as it needs to, identifying the root cause or trigger of stress, clearing and releasing anything that is stuck, blocked or out of balance, bringing your whole being into the optimal state for healing, integration and harmony, and enabling you to create real, lasting positive change in your reality. Kate's gift is connecting with people at a deep soul level and facilitating the transformation of their energy. Her joy is witnessing them blossom and come back to their authentic selves. She sees herself - and all of us - as a work in progress, and devotes herself to constantly learning and evolving. As a mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, wife, step-daughter, step-mother, step-sister, sister-in-law, ex-wife, niece, aunt, friend, colleague, employee, business owner, practitioner, student (and more...), Kate has experience navigating complex situations and dynamics with empathy, understanding, compassion and wisdom. Kate works with 70 specific Crystal Allies and 5 Elemental Allies together with her own intuitive reading of your energy and the energies at play in your life (physical, emotional, spiritual). You will walk away from your session having received a full healing transmission from the crystal and elemental energies, and with detailed messages, guidance and tools to reflect on and work with going forward.
