About

Jo is an experienced bodyworker who combines her skills of massage and yoga to support her clients in treating conditions such as frozen shoulder, scoliosis, sciatica, plantar fascitis, reduce stress and help with relaxation and pain in the back, neck and shoulders. She is also trained in manual lymphatic drainage massage and visceral manipulation of the abdomen. Both of which have an incredible impact not only on our physical bodies but also our mental and emotional bodies. She has always had ... an interest in health and wellbeing, originally training in nursing. However, she quickly found the old but true adage “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” and thus started her journey in allied health fields of yoga and massage. She is passionate about learning and expanding her knowledge with regard to bodywork, not because of continuing education requirements, but because she has a genuine life long love of keep learning more and the desire to ensure the best possible outcomes for her clients. Jo runs her practice in Warriewood and also offers in-home treatments for those in the area. She continues to assist many of her clients through her body and mind awareness skills and looks forward to supporting you on your health journey. Read more
