About me

Sharyn is an experienced Naturopath with over 30 years of service in the industry. She specialises in adrenal fatigue, thyroid health and gut disorders.

She is passionate about helping people who are looking for answers to their health issues and helping them achieve a state of wellness and vitality that leads to a happier, healthier life.

Sharyn helps her clients using a combination of herbal medicine, homeopathy, therapeutic massage and nutritional, diet and lifestyle medicine. She likes to probe ... for the underlying reasons behind any conditions and uses a combination of science in the way of blood tests and other functional testing combined with naturopathic knowledge and experience to get to the root cause.

Weaving education and practical tools into her approach to helping her clients change their lifestyle and diet, Sharyn loves watching people take charge of their own health.
Her clients now include the grandchildren of some of her very first clients and she is very proud to be a part of each family’s wellness journey across the generations.

As a teenager, she experienced a range of health issues including fatigue and chronic migraines. Her mother took her to a Naturopath, and after starting to feel a lot better she knew that this was the path that she wanted to continue on.

Straight out of high school, Sharyn completed her Diploma in Naturopathy at Sydney College of Natural Therapies and Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1989 and has supported her clients ever since.

Sharyn is very excited about the relatively new area of MTHFR and nutrigenomics that she has recently incorporated into her practice. She has found that addressing a patient’s biochemistry and inherited weaknesses can be the missing piece of the jigsaw in chronic health problems, anxiety, depression and fatigue.

Passionate about giving back and sharing her knowledge, Sharyn joined a group of other Naturopaths and Nutritionists in 2017 at a Greek refugee camp and she was also part of a two week project for Hope For Health supporting Aboriginal health on Elcho Island (off the coast of Arnhem Land, NT).

Based in Wollongong, Sharyn provides her services in person and online.

She looks forward to helping you get your body back into balance and claiming back your health.
