Geraldine Zadkiel is a kinesiologist and Kahuna massage therapist who works with emotions and healing past trauma on all levels, specifically childhood abuse and trauma. Geraldine believes that happiness begins with the first step towards change and an understanding that healing is a process of the movement of energy. Her work is structured around a “self-empowered approach to health”, meaning she wants to empower you to heal yourself by giving you the tools to do so, both on a conscious and subconscious level. With a special focus on people suffering anxiety, depression, PTSD and childhood trauma, Geraldine gives her clients new tools to manage their emotions, implement them into their life and ultimately take back their power. She believes you have the power to heal yourself! Having suffered anxiety for the first 35 years of her life, Geraldine searched for numerous ways to heal before landing on kinesiology and has spent the past 17 years developing programs and resources to change outcomes for many of her clients. Much of the way she treats people now is based on her own skills and experience developed over time. She is passionate about working with people suffering trauma and stress, and loves teaching them an alternative way forward. Her aim is to help people stop suffering. Geraldine also offers Kahuna (or Lomi Lomi) massage, a Hawaiian style massage that creates physical, mental and emotional balance in the body. Based on the principles of respect and understanding, Kahuna is intentional, activating love and energy in the body, with the practitioner staying present and focused with the client.
