A Day in the Life of a Sovereign Queen Coach

Have you ever wondered what happens when a woman decides she's no longer available for a life that doesn't belong to her? When she stops asking for permission and starts giving it to herself instead?
That's the journey I guide women through as the founder of the Sovereign Queen Movement, and this is a glimpse into how I live that transformation every day.
Morning: The Sovereign Rises
My day begins around 8 AM in vibrant Ho Chi Minh City. As a coach working with clients across global time zones—from the US to Europe to Southeast Asia—my schedule naturally shifts toward later evenings, which means mornings are my sacred time.
I begin by honouring my body's rhythms rather than forcing myself into someone else's idea of productivity. In this quiet morning sanctuary, I don't reach for my phone or dive into emails, I reach for myself first.
One of my most sacred morning practices is connecting with my guardian deity through Bazi and Qimen practices. As a student and practitioner of these ancient Chinese metaphysical arts, I find that this spiritual connection grounds me in something larger than myself while simultaneously strengthening my inner wisdom. This practice reminds me that sovereignty isn't just about independence, it's also about recognising the cosmic energies that support and guide us.
After this connection, I sit in meditation, not to clear my mind of thoughts (an impossible task), but to observe them without attachment. This simple practice reminds me that I am not my thoughts; I am the queen who chooses which thoughts deserve my royal attention.
Next comes a nourishing breakfast while setting intentions for the day. Not a to-do list of tasks, but an energy map, how I choose to show up, what I choose to embody. Today, it might be "I stand firmly in my worth" or "I create from abundance, not scarcity."
Then it's time for physical training. Working with my personal trainer at the gym isn't just about fitness; it's a declaration that my body deserves investment, that my strength matters, that the vessel carrying my sovereignty through this world deserves care and attention.
This morning ritual isn't a luxury, it's a necessity. Because I cannot guide others to claim their sovereignty if I haven't first claimed my own.
Midday: Holding Space for Transformation
By late morning, I'm beginning client sessions. Each woman who enters my digital space brings her own unique story, but the underlying themes often echo: the exhaustion of trying to be everything to everyone, the subtle but persistent voice whispering "there must be more than this," the fear that wanting more is somehow selfish or wrong…
In our work together, I don't provide answers, I create the conditions for women to hear their own inner wisdom. Using my I.A.C.T. Framework, we navigate from depletion to energy, from external validation to internal compass, from self-doubt to mental mastery, from stagnation to aligned action.
One client, a senior executive, arrives depleted after years of saying yes to everyone but herself. Another, an entrepreneur, struggles with impostor syndrome despite her success. A third is rebuilding after leaving a relationship that required her to be less than she is.
What they all share is courage, the willingness to question everything they've been taught about who they should be, and to step into who they truly are.
Between sessions, I practice what I preach. I don't power through on caffeine and willpower. I take breaks. I move my body. I nourish myself. I respect my own boundaries. Because sovereignty isn't granted in grand declarations, it's claimed in these small, consistent choices.
Afternoon: Creating and Connecting
After lunch, I dedicate time to creation, developing content for my programs, refining frameworks, and planning bootcamps. This work isn't just about building a business; it's about creating pathways for women to access their sovereignty.
Today, I might be designing materials for the Sovereign Queen Energy Code, helping women understand how to recognise and shift from low-energy states (fear, doubt, procrastination) to high-energy states (confidence, action, success).
Sometimes, I incorporate insights from my Bazi and Qimen studies into my coaching frameworks. These ancient wisdom systems offer profound perspectives on personal energy, timing, and destiny that complement my coaching approach, giving women additional tools to understand their unique paths and potentials.
Later, I'll spend time in my Facebook community "The Sovereign Queen Movement," responding to questions, celebrating wins, and offering insight. This space is a gathering of women supporting each other to rise.
Evening: Bridging Worlds
As the sun sets in Vietnam, my clients on the other side of the world are just beginning their days. My evening sessions connect me with women in Europe and the United States, creating a beautiful symmetry, as some queens are ending their days, others are just beginning.
These evening coaching calls often carry a different energy. There's something powerful about holding space for a woman's transformation while the world around me transitions to darkness. It's a reminder that growth happens in all seasons, at all hours.
Between these later sessions, I might take a walk along the Saigon River, watching the city lights reflect on the water, a beautiful reminder that everything, including our lives, can be both still and in motion at the same time.
Night: Sovereign Surrender
Around midnight, after my final coaching session with West Coast US clients, I begin winding down. Before sleep, I practice gratitude, not as a spiritual bypass, but as a recognition of abundance even amidst challenges. I acknowledge three things I'm proud of from the day, and set an intention for tomorrow.
Then I surrender to rest, not as defeat, but as wisdom. In sleep, I release control, trusting that the same universe that guides the stars is guiding me.
This cycle of claiming agency and practising surrender is the dance of the Sovereign Queen. It's how I live the transformation I guide others through.
The Crown That Never Comes Off
People often ask if being a coach means I have it all figured out. The answer is simple: no. I face the same challenges as my clients: the conditioning that runs deep, the self-doubt that whispers in quiet moments, the fear and impostor syndrome that accompany growth.
The difference isn't the absence of struggle, it's the relationship to struggle. I've learned to see challenges not as evidence of failure, but as invitations to embody my sovereignty more fully.
This is what I share with the women I coach. Not a perfect life, but a liberated one. Not freedom from difficulty, but freedom within it. Not a life without fear, but a life where fear doesn't get the final say.
Because true sovereignty isn't found in depletion, it's discovered in the courage to honour our own needs, desires, and boundaries. It's found in the bold declaration: "This is my life, and I choose how to live it."
That's what a day in my life as a coach represents, not perfection, but intentional, authentic living. Not arriving, but continually becoming. Not teaching sovereignty, but embodying it.
And in this embodiment, I extend an invitation to every woman who reads this: Your crown is already yours. You don't need to earn it, prove yourself worthy of it, or wait for someone else to place it on your head.
You simply need to reach up, adjust it, and start living like the queen you already are.
Love Yourself and Life will Love You even more!
