A Day in the Life of a Therapeutic Radiesthesyst

The word Radiesthesia comes from “Radius” which means radio/radiation, and “Aisthesis” sensitivity. It’s the science behind capturing energy or capturing what we already have naturally: the sensitivity to radiation.
The practice started in prehistory, when people would use dowsing forks to find water, minerals and animals for hunting, until the 16th century. The dowsing rods were the evolution of the forks, and the tools kept evolving, from machines (some still used today) to pendulums. Scientists still use radiesthesia/dowsing to analyse the soil; they call it Micro-vibratory Geobiology, and it’s a very important science today.
As a natural scientist, I was intrigued by this practice that blends ancient wisdom with modern bioenergetic concepts. The more I use it and excel at it, the more I love it.
So, What Does My Day as a Therapeutic Radiesthesyst Look Like?
I always start my day with yoga and meditation. I believe that to help others achieve energy balance, I first need to ensure my own well-being is aligned.
Then, as a good “Mineira” (that’s how we call a woman from Minas Gerais/Brazil), I grab a coffee. Very important. Next, I drink my High Vitality water prepared overnight, on one of the Radiesthesia Graphs, with presence and prepare my workspace. I make sure my tools - like my pendulum, my charts and crystals - are cleansed and ready. I ground myself with an intention to be the best channel to every soul I’m about to touch that day, and place a few crystals around me with purpose and intention, too.
In Therapeutic Radiesthesia, we use the pendulum to analyze the energy of the clients, and we use graphs (or charts) to balance their energy, which I call “treatments”. My house is full of treatments, which I organize by date, so I know exactly when they finish. The treatments can take hours, days or even months. So the first thing I do is to check if there are any treatments finishing that day, so I can disassemble them.
Most of my work is done offline. If it’s a new client, and they haven’t met me, I would set up a 15min discovery session, where they could ask any questions and inform me what they want to achieve from the treatment.
I check my calendar and see who’s scheduled for that day. I treat one client at a time, and even when I'm working offline, that time is 100% dedicated to that person (or pet), as if they were there in front of me.
I use the pendulum to analyze the client’s energy and find the energetic root cause of the imbalances. Sometimes we are taking allopathic medicine to treat energetic issues. Traditional medicine is essential, but if we don’t treat the root cause, the symptoms will keep coming back over and over. The ideal scenario is treating both energetic and physical bodies together.
Having the energy assessment in hand, I perform a new analysis of which treatments the client needs. Using radiesthesic graphs and assertive commands, I will assemble all treatments asked for their energy, also checking the time required. In the treatments, I can also use crystals, essential oils, plants and so on. So if I use an Amethyst, for example, the client will receive the Amethyst’s energy even being in another country. For the entire time of the treatment, the client will be receiving that energy. It’s fascinating!
Afterwards, I create a report and send it together with an audio to the client explaining the key points of the analysis and treatments. The person or pet is taken care of, and now we just need to let the energy do its job!
I take a little break, maybe grab another coffee or lunch, so I can restore my attention for the next client. I can spend 2 to 3 hours with each client., It is very personalized.
Before finishing my work day, depending on the day of the week, I also check and review my group treatments, Usually, I have monthly group balancing for pets and also another one for humans. The group balancing uses the same science, but the treatment is sent to multiple people (or pets) at the same time. I can’t balance their chakras, but they work really well over specific topics, for example, to eliminate procrastination and bring prosperity. So I check if there’s any more work to do on the group and any more graphs to assemble. Otherwise, I’ll study. Learning never stops in the field of Energy Healing. I spend some time studying recent articles, books, or online courses related to bioenergetics, holistic health, and new techniques that I can incorporate to my practice of Therapeutic Radiesthesia and Systemic Family Constellation.
A Curiosity Regarding the Radiesthesic Graphs
The graphs used in the treatments are fascinating. Each graph has a specific purpose and acts in a specific area. Nature always follows a geometry or a numeric sequence. If you observe how the plants grow, they grow following the Fibonacci sequence. Our DNA molecules are helical and also follow a specific numeric sequence, a specific geometry. The science behind the Energy of Shape is called BioGeometry[1], and was developed and patented by Dr. Ibrahim F. Karim, D.Sc., in Cairo, Egypt, during research since 1968.
Radiesthesic Graphs also follow the same principles. Each one of them has a geometry and/or numeric sequence that emanates a specific energy. An example is a graph called Keiti, which is used as a neutralizer of harmful energies, including geo pathogens. Here's what’s fascinating about it:

Easter Island, known as Rapa Nui by its original inhabitants, is a Chilean island in the Pacific Ocean famous for its monumental moai statues. The aboriginals created those statues to protect themselves against invasion. They were built in a form (height, shape, etc) that emanates a type of energy wave called Negative Green. When people are continuously exposed to those waves, they feel weak and have no vitality. When they were getting close to the monuments, the invaders felt weakened and were unable to enter the island. So the invaders began to use Keiti, in the form of plates, in front of the heart chakra or the frontal chakra to protect themselves. And then they were able to invade, because Keiti was blocking the harmful waves.
Wrapping up My Working Day
After dedicating myself to my clients, it’s time to rest my tools over a selenite plate, close my eyes and practice gratitude for my working day and being able to do what makes my heart beat: healing. And then it’s time to give my full attention to my family.
As the day winds down, I like to have a cup of tea, maybe light an incense, and do some reading.
Being a Therapeutic Radiesthesyst is more than just a job – it’s a commitment to helping others reconnect with their natural energy flow. Each day is a journey of discovery, both for my clients and for myself as I continue to learn and grow within this fascinating field.
My intention is simple: to help you reconnect with the part of you that is already whole. Healing, to me, is not fixing. It's remembering.
