Inspired by her father’s need for accessible exercise options, Paula adapted her 20+ years of traditional yoga experience into safe, effective practices that can be enjoyed without ever getting on the floor. Inspired by her father’s need for accessible exercise options, Paula adapted her 20+ years of traditional yoga experience into safe, effective practices that can be enjoyed without ever getting on the floor. During the pandemic, she transitioned her classes online, creating a vibrant Zoom-based community that now connects seniors from across Australia. Today, Paula continues to nurture this growing community both virtually and in person at her St Ives studio, where she empowers older adults to stay active, flexible, and serene. Her Chair Yoga classes are designed to improve balance, flexibility, stamina, sleep, and mindfulness, while also reducing anxiety and supporting joint health. With a warm and approachable teaching style, Paula has made yoga accessible for those 60+ as well as anyone with mobility limitations—helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more at ease in their daily lives.
