Single sessions of reiki are suitable for: those wanting to try a session with Helene, before committing to a treatment package those who have recently undergone a series of treatments (either with Helene or another practitioner) and are needing a maintenance/top-up session those only needing a one-off session. Remote reiki is a standard reiki technique that offers relaxation and deep clearing across all dimensions of space and time (e.g. past, present, future). Remote reiki allows a reiki practitioner to send reiki to you, without you being physically present. This technique is so powerful that it has been written that "fifteen minutes of distance reiki is worth an hour of hands-on Reiki" by Reiki Master Karyn Mitchell Ph.D. Client feedback about remote reiki includes: "After the (remote reiki) session, something opened up within me and within my heart.” You remain in the comfort of your own home, and at an agreed time, Helene will tune into you and send you reiki healing energy. Helene will email you a client form to complete and return prior to each session so that you can let her know how you are feeling and what is going on. After each session, Helene will email you the treatment notes. Remote reiki treatment guide*: Pre-treatment (10 minutes): Helene will read the information you provide on the client form and develop a treatment plan Remote reiki treatment (40 minutes) Post-treatment (10 minutes): Follow-up email, includes aftercare and treatment notes *Please note: Reiki is an intuitive practice, so times are given as a guide only and may vary. The information you provide on the client form will assist Helene to prepare for the treatment, so please take your time to complete it and include anything that comes up from the past or present. The remote reiki treatment may involve working on karmic and ancestral levels. All treatments include clearing blocked energy, balancing the chakras, and restoring the healthy flow of your life-force energy. This service is offered for anyone throughout Australia and worldwide. Helene looks forward to sharing reiki with you!
