Emotion Code is: - A way to locate & release trapped negative emotions. - A technique to work on physical, psychological or emotional issues that are interfering with your everyday life. - A way to unblock your path to work more successfully towards your goals. When emotions come up in our daily life, we don’t always have the time, energy or opportunity to process them completely. We shelve them to get back to later therefore creating a trapped emotion (a ball of negative vibrating energy). If left over time, these emotions can negatively impact the vibration of the area of the body where they are trapped thereby resulting in dysfunction in that area. This can be manifested in physical, emotional or psychological symptoms. By identifying and releasing this emotional baggage, the natural healing processes of the body can then move forward unimpeded. I work remotely and see clients via Zoom. The Emotion Code can be used effectively on people of all ages as well as animals. What to expect in an Emotion Code session - We will briefly discuss the issue you have presented with and formulate a goal to work towards during our time together. - Once a clear connection is made and our energy is focussed on your goal, I will use muscle testing (a biofeedback technique) to communicate with your subconscious/Higher Self to find the trapped emotions that are currently interfering with your goal progress. - We will clear 5-10 emotions using intention, magnets and meridian points. The clearing is non-invasive and relaxing. There is no need for lots of remembering or discussion. I will gently guide you through the process step by step. You will have opportunities to ask questions and explore emotions in more depth if you wish. - At the end of the session I will let you know whether more work is needed re. your goal. - Your body, mind and subconscious will require processing time after our session (generally 3-7 days) to integrate the changes we have made. I will let you know how many days this is for you and will check in with you after this processing time is complete.
