After extensive collaboration with aligned associations and industry experts, and teaming up with highly respected and well-known Yuin Elder Jrumpinjinbah (Uncle Paul McLeod) and Sharon Bloxsome (Principal Aboriginal Health Worker at NSW Health), we have created a framework of reciprocal healing. We invite you to join us in rich conversations and engaging events as together we weave a story of healing that embraces both Indigenous and Western ways of knowing, being and doing (commonly called 'Two-Eyed Seeing' or 'Third Way'). Whether you already have a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in place or just want to learn more about how to deepen respect for Culture, Community and Country within your organisation, we offer thought leadership and immersive experiences to expand understanding and appreciation of the oldest continuous culture in the world. Some areas where we can support your organisation include: - Lunch and learns: We design and tailor unique lunch and learn experiences, workshops, events and corporate retreats. - Healing On Country events: This outdoor event offers a unique participant experience, drawing upon the tradition of ochre, bush tucker and Yaan circles. - Cultural awareness training: Co-facilitated by SoulAdvisor and First Nation practitioners, we offer a unique cultural learning opportunity in the tradition of a Yaan to help your organisation to live and embody your Reconciliation Action Plan. - Eldership leadership training program: Embrace over 60,000 years of Indigenous wisdom to provide strong leadership in an ever-changing world.
