Hands-on healing is part of the spiritual practice of reiki, a philosophy and practice to be in tune with your true nature, the universal energy that we are made up of and runs through us. The ‘ki’ in reiki refers to this energy. During a session, I will facilitate a healing space for your body’s energies to tune into the healing energy of reiki. Clients come to reiki for many reasons: for relief from stress and anxiety, to meditate better, to explore energy, and more. Please note that I don't combine reiki with clairvoyance, so I don't give messages to clients or diagnose what's 'wrong' with them. During a treatment, you remain fully clothed and lie down on a treatment table, while I have my hands in different positions on or just off your body.
