Mel is an experienced life and organisational coach who specialises in helping people cut through the noise and clutter of the busy modern world to develop a ‘balance toolkit’ that shifts them from surviving to thriving.
Her coaching focuses on stress management, elevating energy, mood and mindset, work life balance, goal setting, leadership and team building - and it all comes from first hand experience.
After more than 20 years of working in senior leadership roles within government, Mel ... found herself on a treadmill she couldn’t get off.
She had her first child at the age of 42 but had gone back to work full time, was caring for her elderly parents and felt torn in every direction. Mel was at odds with the fact she had worked hard to create a beautiful family life for herself but had no time (or energy) to enjoy it. Her health began to suffer and she quickly realised she needed to step back, pause, refresh, refocus and balance her own life.
Mel’s leap of faith came with grabbing the opportunity to become a soul coach and she hasn’t looked back. She has journeyed from corporate burn-out to improved health and vitality, joy and life balance.
Her diverse corporate background means she brings a down to earth practicality to spiritual ideas and concepts. She is passionate about helping people to manage their energy, mood, mindset and productivity so they can show up in life and at work (or school) as the happiest, healthiest, and best version of themselves.
Whether facilitating workshops or coaching one on one, Mel compassionately supports clients of all ages to develop a clear vision for where they want to go in their life, relationships and career and to foster the right mindset and habits to get there. This is achieved through strengths-based coaching, vision, values and core belief work and positive psychology techniques.
Mel works with clients online via Skype, Zoom and phone as well as onsite (depending on location). Mel also offers “Walk Your Talk” (Nature-based) Coaching Sessions in various Sydney locations including Prince Alfred Park, Botanical Gardens and Centennial Park. Read more
