Jo is a Master Energetics Practitioner and the creator of Kundala Energetics who works with people on a soul level. Jo is a Master Energetics Practitioner and the creator of Kundala Energetics who works with people on a soul level. Over the last 30 years, Jo has been blessed to have learnt from many different spiritual teachers. Jo spent 12 years in a meditative Ashram community committed to the study of consciousness. She spent many more years studying and practicing energetic and meditative therapeutic techniques in methods from Hindu, Taoist, Judaic and Christian philosophy. Jo holds an Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Arts and Counselling and has undertaken extensive study in many energetic therapeutic methods such as biodynamic craniosacral therapy, acuenergetics, Bowen therapy and Chinese medicine. Using vibrational language and meditative inquiry, she also supports people as a somatic counsellor. After studying many different methods and modalities, Jo has seen where they all correspond to each other to find the one way forward. This has culminated in the creation of Kundala Energetic, a therapy which unites understanding of mind, emotion and spirit as a unified system of the subtle body. Jo is particularly passionate about supporting people through trauma using somatic body release. She also does a lot of work to help people overcome injuries by clearing the energies created, releasing negative holding patterns and opening the light body matrix. As a child, she was incredibly sensitive and could feel other people’s emotions and pain. She first had to learn how to be in the world herself as a highly sensitive person. Jo believes that wisdom is earnt and is a true attainment. Throughout her apprenticeship of life, she now shares her wisdom with others. In a one-on-one session, Jo often doesn’t ask any questions but simply works in the moment. She trusts that whatever needs to come up will come up.
