Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach that gently reveals the hidden patterns and unresolved dynamics within a family system that may be impacting your life today, whether in relationships, work, health, or emotional wellbeing. By bringing these unseen loyalties or inherited burdens to light, we create space for healing, resolution, and reconnection. This work offers a unique path to transformation. It goes beyond traditional talk therapy by exploring the “field” or systemic memory of your family, what’s known as the morphic field and supports you in stepping into your life with greater clarity and freedom. Clients often seek Family Constellations to: Heal intergenerational trauma Shift patterns of anxiety, depression, or chronic overwhelm Understand difficult or repeating relationship dynamics Support recovery after separation, loss, or major life transitions Reconnect with their purpose and inner strength As your facilitator, I begin each session by listening deeply, exploring your current concern, your family history, and the wider context of your life. From there, we access the family field and allow what needs to be seen to emerge.
