These sessions can also be to deepen any relationship that includes friendships or family. Breath is the greatest gift to transcend the narrow limits of the body and dive into the sacred inner journey that reveals our full identity. Together, if you’re looking to learn a new way to calm anxiety, deal with a life crisis or deep grief, unresolved trauma, health, relationship, unlock your careers, seek a spiritual awakening or a greater feeling of authenticity in your daily life or find a connection to source, god, the divine - together. Goldie has extensive experience trained in transpersonal breath and other methods after years working in somatic breathing now prefers to work with methods that are more gentle, nervous system led biomechanics + biochemistry. Inquiry into where oppression lies within the bodies with supportive advanced de-armouring bodyworker which is central to her work to sensitise the nervous system with congruency of mental, primal + emotional connection. Working with a polarity framework to map out your unhealthy patterns - your shadows, the places of your immature aspects playing out in your relationship. Taking rapid responsibility to look at what parts each needs to embody as the healthier container. This part of the work is 70% in breath, as crucial to the intrinsic ways of tapping into the constriction + retraction in your bodies - both identifying where the part of emotional repressions lay. Sessions are grounded, have clear insights + practical to cultivate inner wisdom + connection to be a steward of your own bodies - and importantly the channel of energy between you to re align into your your union channel. This is a gentle, deep full bodied sacral energy that lays within the womb nectar where both men and women stimulate their feminine and masculine energy currents. A guided 3 part breath that is a body prayer, artfully worked to unfurl your lower energy centres, finding an inner meditation that to bring ourselves back to a devotion, as you bow in reverence to god and your body and all the innate intelligence and wisdom that comes from the base of our being. Breath is guided to recalibrate safety and create a luscious migration for you to slow down - to receive more and move with the frequency of your breath, in a calm way through your nervous system, to amplify and circulate into your heart space. This is about deepening your connection to your physical and energetic womb, a synergy of your bodies information between these two energy centres, meditating on the divine, on yourself, for an embodiment and empowerment to pulse the communication in your body and heart. This is an intimate breath pattern to revive the connection of a feminine surrender and balance of masculine energy, into union. You will explore anywhere there are issues for a very positive reframe and connection point to bring loving presence and connection back to your body. There will be methods that are done in preparation for the body through movement, intentionality, sound healing and integration to cultivate a path of devotion together.
