As a partner, I didn’t realise how much of a role I could play in supporting the birthing process until we went through the course. The knowledge and skills I gained have left me feeling completely prepared and confident for what’s ahead. Any fear I had has disappeared, and we’re ready to embrace the experience no matter how it unfolds. For any women hesitating because they think their partners might not be on board, I’d encourage those partners to give it a go. It is absolutely worth it for both of you!
