Classes are designed to support mothers and their birth partners, providing them with the knowledge, tools and techniques to prepare themselves for a calm birthing experience. My mission is for birthing mothers to feel informed, empowered and rediscover the true capability their bodies hold. The Hypno in Hypnobirthing refers to the self-hypnosis techniques you will learn to guide yourself into a deep state of relaxation and release endorphins to support your body to birth.
