Forest Therapy Walk
A gentle, mindful walk between 1.5 - 3 hours, where you are free to go at your own pace, absorb the stillness and be mindful in the natural environment around you. A cup of tea and snack is provided at the end of the walk. This walk can be adapted to people with a disability. Please phone ahead to discuss. Walks are offered in the Darebin Parklands, Northcote, Royal Park, Merry Creek in Coburg North and the Dandenong Mountains. Please request a Discovery Call if you would like a forest therapy walk outside of the above listed areas.
