Welcome to the SoulAdvisor Illuminate series.

We have created this monthly series as a way to explore the overarching principles that guide our wellness practice.

This month's theme is Relax. 

We are delighted for May, to be co-hosting with Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness (ACMM) with the following SoulAdvisor practitioners sharing their wisdom:

We will invite full audience participation as our hosts, the ACMM coaches will guide us through a wide range of topics including the relaxation response, relaxation as a natural instinct, the complexity of the inviting relaxation into our lives due to our culture, resistance to caring for ourselves and ways to invite relaxation into your life.

Lisa will then share a 10 minute relaxation meditation with us.
