1-1 Therapy Session (Follow-Up Session)
As your coach and mentor, I invite and guide you to become your version of your best self. (empowered, engaged, happy, fulfilled, safe, secure). Having identified your current goals, we will continue with one-to-one sessions which are tailored to your needs. We will identify blocks and use a variety of techniques to create change and work towards better outcomes to best help you free yourself from old unhelpful and unresourceful patterns. You will likely be given homework tasks and further reading from each session. You are responsible for the completion of any tasks that are given and to help you get the most from the sessions. This also helps stabilise your energy, keep you on track and puts you first in your life. It is YOU working for YOU. This is an investment in self and can hugely change your life. Together we can create change and release limiting beliefs, "stuck" loops, self-sabotage, procrastination or challenging relationship dynamics, helping you see alternative possibilities and realise different outcomes. Please remember, you will likely have patterns that you have had for many years and it most likely requires some committed time and investment in yourself to see long lasting results. It can be done.
